Mattie’s House is a woman’s sober living home in Louisville, Kentucky. It was founded in 2004 and today operates three different houses in the Louisville area. Mattie’s House provides women of all ages in the Louisville area with a supportive sober environment to enhance their recovery.
Mattie’s House provides affordable, structured sober living for women in the Louisville area. With group meetings and communal meals, residents experience a supportive environment that will help them maintain long-term sobriety. Although required 12-step meeting attendance may not be for everyone, residents are held accountable and encouraged to develop autonomy and independence.

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has a spacious cafeteria, gymnasium, art/activity room, group rooms, classrooms and other areas to create a pleasant atmosphere for patients and their families. Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System’s quality services are provided by psychiatrists, addictionologists, licensed therapists, certified alcohol and drug counselors, activity therapists and teachers. Also, care is given by registered nurses 24 hours a day. Since 1986, Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System has been a proven provider in mental health and substance abuse.

LifeCare Counseling Center
LifeCare Counseling Center is a ministry of Walnut Street Baptist Church that provides specialized care for persons of all ages, focusing on individual, marital, and family counseling, as well as supervision of Christian counseling and marriage and family therapy.
The purpose of LifeCare is to be a Christ-centered wellness and healing resource for persons who may be experiencing personal distress, marital conflict, family disorder, spiritual confusion, and/or emotional deprivation.
Stepworks Addiction Resources
Stepworks Addiction Resources is a treatment center in Elizabethtown, Kentucky that primarily focuses on substance abuse services. They also offer individual program, medical providers program, and judicial and drug court systems. They also accommodate ASL or other assistance for hearing impaired speakers.
