The early stages of sober living can be challenging. With this in mind, we work hard to provide a safe, sober and comfortable structured residential environment for men and women who commit themselves to a better way of life. Every member of our staff participates in a sober lifestyle and helps to ensure that the houses remain drug and alcohol free.

Our program fee’s are very low & weekly rates for people without insurance.

 

Ladies of Promise (women only)

Ladies Of Promise provides a safe and sober environment for women who seek help for alcohol and drug additions. This facility uses the Recovery Dynamic Model to provide education to their clients. Counselors work with each client on aftercare, life skills and parenting. Onsite managers monitor the day to day activities in order to create a positive environment for making life long decisions.

The Corner of Hope Recovery Center exists to help those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol experience and maintain lasting recovery in their lives. Norton Audubon Hospital – New Visions

New Vision™

Is a medically supervised withdrawal management service. We serve Louisville, KY area adults that are experiencing impending or active withdrawal from alcohol, prescription medications, and other drugs in a hospital setting.

New Vision™

Offers inpatient medical stabilization & withdrawal management for adults who meet admission criteria. Only a licensed physician can determine those who qualify.

Our withdrawal management service includes:

  • Short term stay (between 3 and 5 days).
  • Confidential hospital environment under the supervision of a medical director and nursing staff.
  • Post stabilization referral to a continued care recovery program.
  • Aftercare referral could include: long-term detox, inpatient or outpatient rehab.

Certified Counseling Services (male only)

The recovery program offered by Certified Counseling Services is long term (24 months), structured and supervised to minimize the risk of relapse and recidivism. The all male program is residential and includes a work component, recovery education classes, 12-step meetings and living on a budget. All of these components are in place to address the five areas of distress experienced by the alcoholic and drug addict: emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and financial. By tending to those five primary areas of addiction, we help the client achieve the overall goals of living independent, restoring their self-esteem and their ability to be sober, being self-supporting, productive members of society. And, while the focus is on the individual client we do place an emphasis on helping families engage in the recovery process.

180 Counseling

Outpatient treatment is delivered in either an individual or group setting or a combination of both. Group sessions are 90 minutes in length. Individual sessions are 45-60 minutes. Treatment plan reviews will be conducted at varying times throughout treatment to monitor progress and make any adjustments as needed.

Casey’s Law Evaluations: We use a sliding fee scale with a maximum cost of $60 to perform a Casey’s Law evaluation. In addition, once we perform the evaluation, we offer all future services at no cost for the individual and loved ones including: individual and family therapy. We have found it very helpful once the person is placed in treatment for the loved ones to be educated on the disease of addiction along with what to expect throughout the individuals recovery.
